Bible2School is a 501(c)(3) organization, contributions to which are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Bible2School publishes financial information online in its annual reports, financial statements, and 990s. You may also obtain financial information without cost by writing Bible2School, PO Box 368, Manheim, PA 17545, or by calling 1.717.615-2944.
Certain states require written disclosures for nonprofit organizations soliciting contributions. Individual state disclosures are below. REGISTRATION WITH A STATE DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THAT STATE.
Colorado: Colorado residents may obtain copies of registration and financial documents from the office of the Secretary of State, 303-894-2860, www.sos.state.co.us, re: Reg.No. 20073008771.
Florida: A charitable organization or sponsor soliciting in this state must include all of the following disclosures at the point of solicitation: (a) The name of the charitable organization or sponsor and state of the principal place of business of the charitable organization or sponsor; (b) A description of the purpose or purposes for which the solicitation is being made; (c) Upon request, the name and either the address or telephone number of a representative to whom inquiries could be addressed; (d) Upon request, the amount of the contribution which may be deducted as a charitable contribution under federal income tax laws; (e) Upon request, the source from which a written financial statement may be obtained. Such financial statement must be for the immediate past fiscal year and must be consistent with the annual financial report filed under s. 496.407. The written financial statement must be provided within 14 days after the request and must state the purpose for which funds are raised, the total amount of all contributions raised, the total costs and expenses incurred in raising contributions, the total amount of contributions dedicated to the stated purpose or disbursed for the stated purpose, and whether the services of another person or organization have been contracted to conduct solicitation activities.
Georgia: A full and fair description of the programs and activities of Bible2School and its financial statement are available upon request at the address indicated above.
Oregon: Bible2School has filed a report with the Attorney General.
Pennsylvania: The official registration and financial information of Bible2School may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll free, within Pennsylvania, 1 (800) 732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.
Virginia: Financial statements are available from the State Division of Consumer Affairs, Department of Agricultural and Consumer Services, P.O. Box 1163, Richmond, VA 23218.
Washington: The notice of solicitation required by the State Office of Consumer Affairs is on file with the Washington Secretary of State, and information relating to the financial affairs of Bible2School is available from the Secretary of State at 800-332-4483 or www.sos.wa.gov/charities.
