How is This Legal?
According to the federal released time court rulings that ALL states recognize, Released Time programs allow children to receive religious education of their choice DURING their public school day. Released Time programs began in the early 1900’s as an elective choice and have been upheld by the Supreme Court since 1952.

The program takes place off of school property
Parental permission is given for a child to participate
Tax-payer funds can not be used
